Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients in the financial services and banking industry. The CSR will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from clients with inquiries, requests, and complaints. They will also assist clients with their account information, transactions, and other financial services offered by the company.

Qualifications
