Description

Answer incoming calls from customers seeking internet TV subscriptions. Respond to enquiries about invoicing, activation, disconnection, and renewal requests. Help with simple troubleshooting, and refer Level 2 calls for more complicated problems. Verify that all calls adhere to the company's policies.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Proficient in relevant compute application
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills

Amenable to work onsite
At least 6 months CCE
Above Average Communication Skills
At least B2 AM score
