Description

A Technical Support Representative is a person who provides answers to questions from customers regarding the use and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Developing and maintaining accurate files
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Has good analytical skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing with at least 1-year call center experience
