Description

A Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunication Account is responsible for providing assistance to customers with their telecommunications needs, including troubleshooting technical issues, answering billing inquiries, and providing general information about products and services. The representative will need to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunication services, including internet connectivity, cable television, and phone services
Assist with billing inquiries, including billing disputes and payment arrangements
Educate customers on the company's products and services, including upgrades and additional features
Process transactions, such as upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently, escalating to management if necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity goals
Stay up-to-date with changes in the telecommunications industry and the company's policies and procedures
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve common goals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Applicants must be atleast 18 years old
Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
WAHA (15mbps DL/ 12mbps UL)
