As a Customer Service Representative, you are the one to answer incoming calls promptly and greet callers in a friendly, professional manner. Transfer calls to appropriate parties as needed, or take messages and answer questions when possible.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At Least HS graduates old curriculum with at least 6 months of BPO experience required
- College graduates may apply with or without experience
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Above-average to Excellent English communication skills
- Amenable to work on-site
