Chat Support Agent - Australian Cruise Reservation Account
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Basic Salary: PHP20000 + 5000 Allowance
- To handle chat(3-4 concurrence) - we are going to start with 2 as an entry requirement and bring that up to the 3-4 after the agents go live, depending on the impact of higher concurrency on the quality of the conversations
Qualifications
Must have 1 YEAR CHAT EXPERIENCE with GOOD COMMUNICATION skills
Must have NBI Clearance(prior start date)
