Description

-Primarily handle operations and may also be required to manage multi site operations Selects, managers, and develops a high performing team of managers, supervisors, and agent staff.

Work Arrangement: On-site
Base Pay 160k - 250k
Allowances: 10K for Transpo and 3500 for Mobile Variable Performance Bonus: 15% of Base pay (paid either Quarterly/Annual)

Qualifications

-Bachelors and advanced degree
-Six sigma black belt is strongly preferred
-Competent in decision making and problem solving
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Knowledge in marketing strategies, operational processes and efficiency
-Program planning and implementation skills
