Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Completed 2 years in college (with at least 72 units) + 6 months BPO experience in any industry.
• Graduates of a 4-year course with 3 months BPO Experience
• Has a good customer service orientation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
