Description

A customer service representative in a retail account is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to products and services offered by the retail store.

The job duties may include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Assisting customers with product selection and purchases.
Processing sales transactions and handling payments.
Providing information about product features, pricing, and availability to customers.
Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to their problems.
Managing inventory and restocking shelves as needed.
Collaborating with other departments within the store to resolve customer issues.
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information as necessary.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Applicants must be atleast 18 years old
Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
