Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Reports to: Call Center Manager
Job Purpose: The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients with financial travel accounts. This position is a remote, work-from-home opportunity that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients with financial travel accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to their financial travel accounts, including travel booking, account management, and transaction inquiries.
Utilize company systems and tools to document client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Provide travel guidance to clients on booking options, travel planning strategies, and financial planning advice.
Ensure that client data and personal information is protected and handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
At Least high School Graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment.
Familiarity with travel products and services, including travel booking, accommodations, and transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
