Description
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

- Php18K - 25k Package Depends on the Experience & Interview

Qualifications
- Has at least 6 months BPO Experience
- High School Graduate & K12 Graduate
- Good to Excellent Communication Skills
- Amenable to work onsite
