Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Determines, looks into, and fixes user issues with computer hardware and software.
Answers user questions about software development, connectivity, printing, and related issues via support calls, chat, email, and/or other forms of communication.
Consults with users to establish methods and procedures followed to identify and fix the problem.
Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may entail usage of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal directions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
