-Responding to incoming customer calls
-Answering consumer questions and requests
-Ensuring that client demands are addressed properly and promptly
-Using various client-based programs and tools for managing and serving customers

• Good communication and computer navigation skills
• Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
• Willing to work Full Time
