Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients of an internet television company. This includes answering inquiries, addressing complaints, processing orders, and resolving issues related to billing, programming, and streaming. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, as well as providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and pricing
Process orders, upgrades, and cancellations according to established procedures
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to billing, programming, and streaming
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after resolution of their issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and areas for improvement
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures
Achieve performance targets set by the management team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non voice, blended)
At least 18 years old
At least HS grad
Above Average Communications Skills
Amenable to work on site
Has good computer navigation skills

Senior Highschool Educational Level
