Description

We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Consumer Electronics account. If you have a passion for helping people and experience in customer service, this is your chance to grow in a stable and rewarding environment—on a convenient dayshift schedule.
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries related to electronic products and services
• Troubleshoot product issues and provide clear, effective solutions
• Handle warranty, replacement, and order-related concerns
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of interactions
• Ensure a positive experience in every customer engagement

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Senior High School graduate
• Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Location: Willing to work onsite
• Schedule: Open to a dayshift schedule
