Description

Duties:
- Assisting customers with travel bookings and itinerary - planning.
- Providing information on travel options, such as flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Making reservations and confirming travel arrangements.
- Processing payments and issuing travel documents.
- Handling cancellations, changes, and refunds.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Keeping up-to-date with travel regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least a high school diploma
- AM Score of at least B1 and up
- Communication abilities that range from average to above average
- At least 6 months of BPO (Travel Account) experience
