Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a local healthcare facility is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. The CSR will be the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met, and their questions are answered.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

HS (old cur)/SHS/College UG (Any) with at least 6 mos CCE needed (voice) / College UG (Med Course) with 6 mos healthcare exp needed/ College Grad (Med Course) no CCE needed
Good communication skills
Willing to work on site
