Their primary role is to provide excellent customer service to clients, which may include individuals, businesses, and other organizations that utilize financial products and services. Here are some common job responsibilities and duties for this role:
Provide prompt and effective customer service support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
Assist customers with a range of financial inquiries, such as account balances, transactions, and account information
Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, in a timely and accurate manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to management as needed, and work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Promote additional products and services to customers, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Provide support for online banking and mobile banking applications, and assist customers with navigating digital platforms and tools
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account information, transaction history, and customer communication
Stay up-to-date on banking and financial regulations and guidelines, and ensure that all interactions with customers are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management, compliance, and fraud prevention, to ensure that customer needs are being met while mitigating risk and ensuring the safety and security of financial transactions
Meet customer service performance metrics, such as response time, call volume, and customer satisfaction scores, and work to continuously improve customer service performance
Provide regular reports to management on customer service performance, sales trends, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
Willing to work on site
College grad or 2 years in College
Have atleast 6 months CCE
Typing speed of 30 WPM
B2 CEFR Comms
