JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
- PH Registered Nurse
- With Active PRC License (Valid for at least 6 months)
- Must have at least 1 year bedside experience
- Has good customer service orientation
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
- Willing to work onsite
