Description

Responsibility includes assisting clients who have purchased financial products like bonds and stocks. Your duties include guiding customers, liaising between buyers and sellers, discussing financial objectives, assessing client needs, recommending products, and monitoring markets.

Qualifications

Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied
Recommend products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and giving step by step instructions for basic issues
Process request for account activation, upgrade, renewal of subscription, sending and clarifying of details in the billing statements
