Description

The escalation team of a customer service organization, known as TIER 2 SUPPORT (L2), is in responsible of addressing more intricate and specialized tickets. The task is to be transferred to Tier 2 for resolution if the ticket falls outside of the purview of Tier 1 and requires greater system access.

Qualifications

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Proficient in relevant compute application
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Amenable to work onsite
