Description

A Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards and requirements.
The primary goal of this role is to help improve the overall quality of products or services, and to identify and report any defects or issues found during testing.

-Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards.
-Conduct testing and quality checks on products or services, including functionality, usability, and performance testing.
-Identify, document and report defects or issues found during testing, and work with the development team to resolve them.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support to ensure that quality issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
-Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans to ensure that testing is comprehensive and covers all necessary aspects of the product or service.
-Analyze and report testing results to stakeholders and management to identify trends and areas for improvement.
-Participate in project planning and development meetings to provide feedback on potential quality issues or concerns.
-Continuously improve the quality assurance process by implementing best practices, new technologies, and innovative testing techniques.

Qualifications

Requirements:

-Previous QA experience preferred
-Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues
-Strong communication skills (verbal and written communications)
-Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
-Strong attendance record
-Current on technical issues
-Ability to work independently
-Professional demeanor
-Must have experience Microsoft Office
-Must show exemplary quality scores throughout tenure as an agent
