Description

The Telco Account Customer Service Representative (CSR) is in charge of offering top-notch customer support to Telco Account clients. The CSR will answer to client questions, address problems, and disseminate details regarding Telco Account goods and services.

Important Duties:


Via phone, email, or live chat, promptly and professionally respond to consumer questions.

Customers should receive information regarding Telco Account products and services.

Determine and promptly and satisfactorily address consumer complaints.

In the customer relationship management (CRM) system, note customer interactions and problems.

To offer a seamless client experience, work with other Telco Account teams.

satisfy or surpass performance benchmarks for quality, productivity, and customer happiness.

Develop your understanding of Telco Account goods and services so you can consistently give customers accurate information.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- At least a high school /senior high school graduate
- Good english Communication & interaction skills
- BPO experience experience preferred but not required
- Amenable to shifting schedules
