Description

The main duties and responsibilities for this role typically include:

- Answering customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Proficient in relevant compute application
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Amenable to work onsite
At least 1 - 3 years Sabre/Amadeus GDS experience
AM score: B2 above
