Description

A Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, customers or guests. They act as the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Some common duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate may include:
-Greeting customers and providing prompt, friendly, and professional service.
-Handling customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints or issues.
-Providing accurate product or service information to customers.
-Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information.
-Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to ensure their needs are met.
-Collaborating with other teams, such as sales or technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
-Suggesting improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

- At least HS grad
- Excellent communication skills
