Description

Manages incoming or outgoing calls, emails, and/or faxes, including data entry into the client system, case opening, and triage. Establishes contract; confirms benefits and eligibility. Observe established workflows, client plan requirements, and federal, state, and local regulations.

PH Registered nurse
With active PRC license (Validd for t least 6 month)
Must have at least 1 year experience beside experience
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Has good analytic skills
Knowledgable in MS office and internet browsing
Amenable to work in shifting schedule or graveyard shift
 Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)
