High Prio Banking Account

High-value customers of a financial institution require extraordinary customer service, which is what a customer service agent in a customer high priority banking account is in charge of giving.

This involves responding to questions and requests for banking-related goods and services, like account details, transactions, and loans. The ideal applicant should be well-versed in banking policies and processes and possess top-notch customer service abilities.


The customer service representative must be able to speak clearly with high-value clients, meet their needs, and, when necessary, escalate difficult problems to higher echelons of management.

Additionally, the customer service agent needs to be able to multitask in a hectic situation, have great organizational abilities, and operate both individually and as part of a team.

A commitment to client satisfaction and the capacity to respond professionally under pressure are additional requirements for this position.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
- Good communication and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
- Willing to work Full Time
- Willing to start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite
- Excellent communications skills
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
- With or woithout BPO experience
