Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Travel Tier Account, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries related to travel and accommodation bookings, flight cancellations, rescheduling, and other travel-related concerns. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to their inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to travel and accommodation bookings.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and rescheduling of flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
Handle customer complaints and work towards resolving them, using your discretion to provide appropriate solutions.
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Identify and escalate priority issues to senior customer service representatives or supervisors.
Stay up-to-date with the latest travel-related products, services, and trends to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products and services, and updates to policies and procedures.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

at least 1-3 years Sabre/Amadeus GDS experience
at least HS grad
Willing to work on site
at least 18 years of age
Willing to work on shifting schedule
computer literate
