Responsibilities:
• Assist patients in registering for healthcare services and completing all necessary forms.
• Provide information about members' benefits to members and health care practitioners.
• If the patient's status changes, notify the system.
• If medical treatment is covered, pre-authorizations are granted.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School
• (or)College Undergraduate (Any) with at least 6 months Call Center Experience needed (voice)
• (or)College Undergraduate (Med Course) with 6 mos healthcare experience needed
• (or)College Graduate (Med Course) no Call Center Experience needed
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on Site (Insular)
