Description

-Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied
-Recommend products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and giving step by step instructions for basic issues
-Process request for account activation, upgrade, renewal of subscription, sending and clarifying of details in the billing statements

Qualifications

Qualifications:
-Amenable to work onsite
-Amenable to work on shifting schedules (dayshift & mid-shift)
-Amenable to work during weekends and holidays, and rendering overtime
-Completed Senior High School (SHS) or high school graduate of old curriculum
-Willing to be profiled in Sales, CSR and TSR
-Salary package (basic + allowance) is ranging from 18k to 23k, still depending on their experience -Open to candidates without work experience or BPO experience
