Description

The Customer Service Representative - Telco Account will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns and complaints related to telecommunication services. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails and chats in a professional and courteous manner, while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• At least HS graduate (old curriculum) / SHS graduate (new curriculum)
• At least 6 months BPO Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to work on site
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have working knowledge on computers
