Description

Responsibility Includes responding to incoming calls from the customers, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling complaints regarding the organization's products or services.

Qualifications

Willing to work at home and on site (HYBRID)
WIRED INTERNET CONNECTION - 12mbps download and 5mbps upload
Must be residing within Negros Occidental
With or without call center experience is accepted
18 years of age and above
At least High School graduate ​or Senior High School graduate.
Good to excellent English communication skills​
Computer literate and good web navigation skills
Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.​
Available to start ASAP​
Must be fully vaccinated
