In charge of responding to and resolving complex product technical support inquiries from customers. Help customers with the configuration of hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, and other components on new or rebuilt computers via remote installation.

Qualifications:
- At least a Senior High School graduate.
- Good communication and computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
- Willing to work Full Time
- Willing to start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite
- With or without call center experience is accepted
- Computer literate and good web navigation skills​
- Available to start ASAP​
