Description
Helping customers who have bought financial items like bonds and stocks is part of responsibility. You'll be responsible for assisting consumers, mediating between buyers and sellers, talking about financial goals, determining client needs, recommending items, and keeping an eye on markets.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience. Sales experience is a plus.
- Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
- Good analytical and conversational skills
- Interested in working full time
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
