Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries related to travel reservations, cancellations, changes, and refunds.
- Promoting and selling travel products and services to customers.
- Making travel reservations for customers, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Responsible for generating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

- Atleast High School/Senior Hidgh School Graduate
- Above good to excellent communications skills
- Willing to work on site
