Salary: Php 24,000.00

A Finance and Banks Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling financial transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints related to financial products and services.

Responsibilities:
• Handling financial transactions: CSRs are responsible for processing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. They must be proficient in handling cash and using financial software and tools to process transactions accurately.
• Providing information about financial products and services: CSRs must have a thorough understanding of the financial products and services offered by the bank or financial institution they work for. They should be able to explain the features, benefits, and fees associated with various products to help customers make informed decisions.
• Resolving customer complaints: CSRs must be able to handle customer complaints related to financial transactions and products. They should have a problem-solving attitude and be able to find solutions to customer issues while adhering to the bank's policies and regulations.
• Identifying customer needs: CSRs should be able to identify customer needs and suggest suitable financial products or services to meet those needs. They should also be able to explain the benefits of additional products or services to customers to increase sales and revenue for the bank.
• Compliance with regulations: CSRs should be knowledgeable about the banking regulations and policies that govern financial transactions and products. They should ensure that all transactions comply with the regulations and guidelines set by regulatory bodies.
• Maintaining records: CSRs should maintain accurate records of financial transactions, customer inquiries, and complaints. They should also keep track of customer feedback to provide insights to management for improving customer service.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• At least 6 months CCE (any)
• Typing test of 35wpm
• Must have valid ID
• Non-Voice post
