Description

Will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications
-3 years and Up experience as an HR Manager
-Must have BPO experience
-Experience and knowledgeable of PH Labor Law or Labor Relation
-Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management
-Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
-Skilled in staff engagement and monitoring
-Able to independently manage team members and cases, both internal and external
