Description

Educational account call center responsibilities typically include:

Answering incoming calls from students, parents, or educators and providing information about educational programs, admissions, financial aid, and other related topics.
Assisting students and parents with completing applications, submitting required documents, and resolving issues related to the admissions process.
Providing information on academic policies, such as course schedules, registration deadlines, and graduation requirements.
Handling student complaints and concerns, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
Making recommendations on educational programs and courses, and assisting students with career planning and exploration.
Entering and maintaining accurate student data and academic records in computer systems.
Meeting or exceeding customer service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the organization.

Qualifications
