Description

Describe the role:
- Experience using GDS queues and ticketing knowledge
- Interacting when necessary with airline partners, consolidators, and other departments.
- Assisting our B2B clients with their business travel
- Handle the issue, exchange, and refund of tickets across all GDSs (Apollo, Sabre, Amadeus)
- Maintain high standards for client satisfaction and strive to go above and beyond what is expected of you while handling reservations, inquiries, and requests.
- Successfully respond to questions, complaints, and/or requests made by phone, chat, and/or email, giving relevant product and service information.
- Use known TravelPerk rules, procedures, and strategies to challenges, as well as thinking creatively when those methods are insufficient.
- Assure customer happiness and offer knowledgeable customer service

Qualifications

Position requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience and knowledge in using GDS systems such as (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo etc.)
- Preferably with experience in a Travel Agency or Airline
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
