"o Customer Support provides assistance for specific customer requests that come from Front of House
Reservations that cater to both direct and travel agent guests.
o To provide support to front of house, Customer Support are provided accesses to different channels that
receive the certain customer requests that needed to be reviewed and actioned in the client’s reservation
system

Qualifications

o Good verbal and written communication skills required for client correspondence and calibration
o Compensation package PhP18,000 to PHP20,000
o Willing to work night shifts and weekends
o Must be amenable to work onsite in Eastwood
