Description

A customer service representative in a food services account is responsible for managing the customer service needs of a specific account or group of accounts within the food services industry. Their primary role is to provide excellent customer service to clients, which may include restaurants, cafes, catering companies, and other businesses that purchase food products. Here are some common job responsibilities and duties for this role:

Provide responsive and effective customer service support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues or concerns related to food products
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including order history, payment information, and shipping details
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and promote additional products or services
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food products to customers
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, such as response time, order accuracy, and customer feedback, and work to continuously improve customer service performance
Stay up-to-date on food safety regulations and other industry standards, and ensure that customers are informed of any changes that may impact their orders
Process invoices and payments, and collaborate with finance teams to address any issues related to billing or payment
Provide regular reports to management on customer service performance, sales trends, and other relevant data.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Are at least a high school graduate
Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Have excellent English communication skills
Have working knowledge on computers
Are willing to work in shifting schedule
Good communication skills
