Description

As a Customer Service Representative for the Airline Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers of an airline company. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing assistance with bookings, flight changes, baggage inquiries, and general customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide assistance with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Handle baggage inquiries and facilitate lost baggage claims
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes
• Monitor and report on customer feedback and concerns
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide suggestions to management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be 18 years old and above
• Applicants is a high school graduate(old curriculum)/ senior high school graduate(new curriculum)
• Above Average English communication skills
• Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
• Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
