Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

A sociable, customer support representative is needed to join our expanding team. In this position, you will engage and react to enquiries in either the customer service, sales, or technical support arena over the telephone, email, and/or instant messaging. You should have high expectations and be focused on achieving your goals.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?
• With at least 1 year Call Center Experience
• Above Average communication skills
• With Valid NBI Clearance (required)
• Must have reached College Level education attainment (old curriculum)
