Description

Telecommunication job responsibilities typically include:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining telecommunication systems and equipment, such as phones, routers, switches, and other network devices.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to telecommunication systems and equipment.
Collaborating with other IT professionals to integrate telecommunication systems with other IT systems and infrastructure.
Providing technical support to end-users, including employees and customers, to resolve issues related to telecommunication systems and services.
Developing and implementing telecommunication policies and procedures, including security measures and disaster recovery plans.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to telecommunication systems and equipment, such as user manuals and service agreements.
Staying up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the telecommunication field, and making recommendations for improvements to existing systems and infrastructure.
