Description

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative for the Video Streaming Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users of the video streaming platform. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance, billing inquiries, and general customer service.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for video streaming platform
• Handle billing inquiries and facilitate refunds and cancellations
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes
• Monitor and report on customer feedback and concerns
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and provide suggestions to management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• At least HS or SHS graduate
• WAHA with 25mbps
• Must live at least 2 hours away from Baguio
• Excellent communication skills
• Good to excellent communication skills
• At least 1-3 months CCE
