Description

Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment

Work Type: Voice

Work Schedule: Dayshift

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Salary Package: PHP 19,500 (18,500 basic + 1,000 non tax allowance)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate
• 0 – 12 months of continuous work experience
• BPO / Any industry experience
• Prior BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Customer Support via Inbound calls: Responsible for assisting customers with inquiries relating to: Billing, Sign-ups, Status of Service Orders, Status of Transfers
• Above Average to Excellent verbal (Confident & Conversational) & written communication
• Above Average to Excellent problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• PC skills - Typing speed & accuracy; navigation
• Customer Service skills
• Objection handling
• Empathetic
• Resilient
• Flexibility to meet schedules
