Description

Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
-Analyze and determine eligibility of medical claims.
-Coordinate with providers and specialists in assessing validity of claims.
-Inform patients of the result of validation of claims.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
PH Registered Nurse
With active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
Must have at least 1 year bedside experience
Has good customer service orientation
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Has good analytical skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and Internet browsing
Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (B&M)

Salary and Benefits:
Upon Hire
30,000 basic pay
1,000 flex fund allowance
