Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of an internet television account. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will handle inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. The CSR will be expected to have a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the account and be able to communicate this information clearly to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner
Assisting customers with account-related issues, such as billing inquiries, technical support, and account management
Providing guidance and education to customers on the internet television products and services, such as programming options and subscription plans
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors as needed
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the account's systems
Adhering to all compliance and regulatory guidelines set forth by the account and industry standards
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

Qualifications:

At least 6 mos CCE (ANY CCE - international, local, non-voice, blended)
Above Average Communications Skills
Amenable to work on site

Senior Highschool Educational Level
