Description

Responsibilities:

-Strengthen relationships by communicating with clients and/or team members to understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet their expectations.
-Influence the bottom line: Develop solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis, as well as keen observations.
-Improve the company: Make suggestions to improve processes and increase ease and efficiency.
-Define Sutherland's reputation by supervising and managing performance and service quality in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Determine training requirements to equip employees with fundamental skills and knowledge.

Salary:
