Description

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
-Answering incoming calls from customers
-Resolving customer inquiries/requests
-Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
-Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
-Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

-4 year course graduates with or without work experience.
-Completed 2 years in College with 6 mos customer service experience (with 6 months bpo experience and international account)
-Above average English communication skills
-Good interpersonal skills
-Analytical and problem solving skills
-Good comprehension skills
-Basic knowledge with MS Office
-Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Salary Package:
-Upon hire: 17k basic pay + 2K training premium
-+ 1K Flex fund allowance = 20K
